FORT SMITH - Sebastian County has received a $750,000 federal grant to go toward an emergency operations center. U.S. Sens. Blanche Lincoln and Mark Pryor and U.S. Rep. John Boozman announced the grant, from the Department of Homeland Security, on Thursday.
