First stop is in the Sunny Isles Beach. It is a city located in Miami-Dade County. Most of the estate houses for sale here have an average of 4 to 5 bedrooms and 4 to 5 bathrooms. Both the exterior and the interior of the house are professionally finished and decorated with classy-decorated gates. It is also accessible to the beach with tennis court.

Next stop is the Aventura (Spanish word for adventure) which is a city situated in the northeastern part of Miami-Dade County in South Florida. Houses situated in this area come with 4 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. There are split bedrooms plus family room and an office to work with. Its floors are adorned with beautiful wood and ceramic tiles. It has also large wood deck around the pool, spa, and gazebo patio.
These houses are constructed in locations with varied amenities such as the famous Aventura Mall, public and private schools, and places of worships. It also comes with its own underground shelter in case a hurricane strikes. Not only you will enjoy living in these houses, but you will be protected against different calamities as well.
Next is the Hollywood which is located in the southeast of Broward County and includes about 5 to 6 miles of Atlantic Ocean beach. Houses situated in this location come with 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. Its flooring is adorned with marbles and the whole house is equipped with central air-conditioning. The kitchen is equipped with hook-ups for washer and dryer. You will also have a partial view of the Atlantic Ocean beach especially if you will be moving in Hollywood Waterfront.
Next is the Hallandale Beach which is located in northwestern part of Broward County. It has become a popular vacation spot for decades, and some of the tourists eventually retire in this area and become its residents later on.
Houses in this location come with 4 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. Its floors are made of tile and fergo and it has a swimming pool with an average depth of 3 to 8 feet which is ideal for the whole family. It is also easily accessible to schools, major highways, malls, shopping centers, domestic airport, and the beach. Estate houses near the beach also have boat ramps.
